This session is used by the National user, state user and Franchise user to maintain Inventory transactions for the Warehouses

controlled by them.

To maintain their inventory, user click on the sub menu ‘Transactions’ under the main menu ‘Inventory’, as shown below:

Inventory transactions session consists of following sub-sections:

1. Inventory By Warehouse By Item

This session is used to know about the inventory stock by Warehouse by Item

To open this tab, user clicks on the ‘Inv. By Ware / Item’, system will show up the below screen.

Start typing warehouse name on the warehouse description field, as shown below:

System will show up the warehouse that belongs to the current user.

User can select any of the listed warehouses to know the Inventory stock.

Once the user will select warehouse system will show up the below:

System is showing up the each item on-hand quantity available on their inventory.

Click on the any Item row, system will select automatically and shows up the item level inventory at the right side of the panel, as shown below:

2. Inventory By Item By Warehouse

This session is used to know about the inventory stock by Item by Warehouse.

To open this tab, user clicks on the ‘Inv By Item / Ware’, system will show up the below screen.

Start typing Item name on the Item field, as shown below:

System will show up the Items to select any of them.

User can select any of the listed Items to know the Inventory stock.

Right side of the panel will show up the Item level Inventory

3. Transactions

User click on the transaction tab to see their two month transactions

By using <<Previous or >>Next user can see their old transaction

Click on the ‘New’ button to create an order, as shown below:

There are three types of transactions 

a. Purchase receipt

If the company has purchased inventory from the supplier then user has to do the Purchase receipt transaction.

There are two sections on this session header and lines. Header contains header information e.g. transaction type, status, business partner

etc. and lines section contain item information e.g. which item and how much of the items (bottom grid is lines section)

Once user fills the required fields, User can save order by clicking on the ‘Save Order’ and process the order later or user may directly process

the order right away by clicking on the ‘Process Order’ button.

Note: - To add/edit an item user has to double click on the Item column of the grid (bottom grid)

b. Sales Issue

If the user has issue items to the State warehouse, Franchise warehouse or directly to the Student then user has to do the Sales issue

transaction.

Once user fills the required fields, User can save order by clicking on the ‘Save Order’ and process the order later or user may directly process

the order right away by clicking on the‘Pr ocess Order’ button.

Note: - To add/edit an item user has to double click on the Item column of the grid (bottom grid)

 

c. Adjustment

This session will be user to adjust their inventory.

If the user has lost or got some of the items from their own inventory then after counting their items user has to do the Adjust their own

Inventory.

Once user fills the required fields, User can save order by clicking on the ‘Save Order’ and process the order later or user may directly process

the order right away by clicking on the ‘Process Order’ button.

4. Transfer

This session is used to transfer inventory from one warehouse to another warehouse.

Upon clicking on the transfer tab, system will show up the old transfer type transaction, as shown above.

Click on the ‘New’ button to create an order.

System would show up the below screen to create a transfer type transaction, as shown below.

Fill up the mandatory details like From Warehouse, To Warehouse and transfer quantity then user has to click on the ‘Transfer’ button.

Once the transaction is done user will get the ‘Transferred successfully’ success message, as shown below.

Click on ‘OK’ button and click on the ‘Cancel’ button to close the window. After cancelling the window system will show up the transaction that

the user did now, as shown below.
