To maintain Transaction details, user clicks on the sub menu ‘Transactions’ under the main menu ‘Finance’, as shown below:
The screen will display the existing transaction details and option to enter new transaction details and edit transaction details.
To create new transaction user has to click on the “New” button.
System will open new form; user can fill the form to create new transaction
Once user has fills up the transaction details then click on “Submit” button. After clicking on the “Submit” button system will create
transaction as its showing below.
Upon click on the edit button system will open the below session to modify the existing transaction details.
After modify the transaction details, user has to click on the update button to save transaction details back to the server.
Payer name and the receiver names will be displayed based on the user’s access level.
